Our Process
It begins with the Consultation, where we evaluate the home through the potential buyers’ eyes. During this evaluation we’ll determine a game plan to prepare the home for the market. Our goal is for potential buyers to sit on the couch and imagine where to put their Christmas tree and where to place their furniture. Occupied Staging is when the homeowners will be living in their home while the home is on the market. We’ll work with as much of your existing furnishings as possible and bring in on trend accessories and accent pieces to give the home that extra appeal. Vacant Staging is when is when the homeowner has already vacated the property. Our team will select from our inventory of furniture and accessories to give buyers that emotional connection.
